Due to studies in another city, this 1.5 room (26 m2 ) apartment at Östermalm, will be rented out. The house was built 1883 and was renovated 1930, 2005 and reconditioned 2019. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 3.5 m ceiling height and has three windows facing south/west to the courtyard, so a very quiet and sunny apartment. The nearest underground station is Östermalm, only 250 meters away and a taxi station is located outside the main entrance. In the kitchen area there is a dinner table with two chairs. There is a freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven / oven and a stove. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with porcelain/cutlery. A vacuum cleaner is stored in the entrance hall. Available in the apartment is also: an iron + ironing board, 2 sets of towels, 2 sets of bed linen +duvet cover + 2 pillows. There is a “living room area” with a sofa, coffee table and a fireplace. The bed (120 cm) is above the sofa (loft bed) and you have to use a ladder to reach the bed. The same ladder is used to reach the upper cabinets in the kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower, towel rails and a toilet. Laundry facilities are in the basement. Included in the rent is normal consumption of electricity, gas and heating. Free and very fast wifi is also included in the rent. There are property rules that should be followed strictly by all staying in the house. One rule is that it must be quiet in the apartment after 10 pm. Smoking and animals are not allowed in the apartment. It might be possible to rent the apartment also during 2027.
