It's a newly built two-room apartment of 45 sqm on the top floor (10 of 10), with its own balcony and an elevator in the building. Bright, modern, and with unusually generous storage for its size. Suitable for 1–2 people.

Everything is already here, you really only need to bring a suitcase. Fully furnished with a 180 cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer-dryer inside the apartment (no shared laundry room to book).

The rent is all-inclusive: electricity, wifi and home insurance are included.

The location is hard to beat. Walking distance to Karolinska Institutet, Nya Karolinska and the wider life science district, with metro and bus connections into the city centre close by.
