A little further on you reach Värmdö shopping centre, Värmdö Marknad and Gustavsberg.

Oxön is part of Ängsvik, which in turn borders beautiful natural areas rich in mushrooms, berries and walking trails in the direction of Siggesta, Norrnäs and Södernäs. The pedestrian and cycle bridge directly west of the property links Oxön with Ängsvik without needing to cross the busy Värmdövägen. Nearby excursion destinations include Siggesta Gård, Norråva Golf and Blå Lagunen.
