We are renting out our studio of 28 sqm in a private building in our garden, in a quiet residential area of Sollentuna close to transport alternatives.

Good to know: • 10 minutes walk to Häggvik commuter train station. Train journey takes 18 minutes to Stockholm City / T-centralen or Arlanda. • 3 minutes walk to bus stop. Buses towards Sollentuna Center, Kista, Spånga, etc. The room is light and airy and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. It is equipped with kitchen containing ceramic hob, fridge & small freezer, dishwasher, combined oven & microwave. The shower room is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating, WC, sink, shower and washing machine with combined dryer.

The owners speak English and Swedish fluently.

All serious tenant applications will be considered. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Monthly rental fee is 7 750 SEK including heating, electricity, water, wifi. Off-street parking available for an extra cost of 450 sek/month.

The rental fee is paid in advance, plus a deposit.
