A newly built, high-spec cottage (Swedish "attefallshus") of 30 sqm plus a sleeping loft in quiet, leafy Danderyd, a couple of hundred metres from the Edsviken bay and 15–20 minutes from central Stockholm. Private entrance, modern luxury finish, fully equipped – arrive with a suitcase and settle in.

The ground floor is an open kitchen and living room with large windows and plenty of light. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, coffee machine and sparkling water on tap. The sleeping loft has a double bed and genuine headroom. The large bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling, with a washer/dryer and a rain shower.

The setting is the real draw for anyone who likes the outdoors. A couple of hundred metres to Edsviken, its shoreline lined with running trails; in winter a roughly 15 km ice track is cleared for skating and groomed for skiing. A local swimming spot about 500 m away. Rinkebyskogen forest nearby with trails from 1.25 to 10 km and cross-country ski tracks in winter. Cycling distance to Mörby Centrum metro, to two golf courses and to the swimming spot at Rösjön. 300 m to the Italian Ristorante Pellegrini.

Electricity, water, broadband and parking are included in the rent. The cottage is let furnished; furniture and fittings are included and covered by the tenant's duty of care. A private terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill will be added once the garden is completed (expected summer 2027) – until then the rent is reduced. The tenant has a private terrace but no access to the rest of the villa garden.

Ideal for a professional or a company that values order, quiet and discretion. Non-smoking. No large parties or gatherings, quiet from 10 pm. A long-term, considerate tenant is preferred.
