The Boländerna 19:1 property is situated in the attractive light industrial area of Boländerna in central Uppsala which was once home to one of Sweden’s largest slaughterhouses. The 31,000 square metres have now been transformed into a modern business district with a name that honours its history: Slakthusområdet (The meat packing district).
