Interior From the private entrance at the very top of the building, you are greeted by the hallway with a drying cabinet and built-in storage for everything from helmets to ski clothing. Two bedrooms adjacent, of which the Master bedroom (Bedroom 2) with lovely mountain views and a walk-in wardrobe. Next to it is bedroom 1 with two bunk beds — here too the view is delightful. A fully tiled bathroom is adjacent, with underfloor heating, WC, washbasin, shower, towel dryer and a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen and dining area with an open, social layout offer space for large dinners for 8 - 10 people. The kitchen has full-height fridge and freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooker hood. In the living room area there is space for a sofa and armchairs, and a cosy wood-burning stove to warm up by, while the large windows frame the fantastic view. Here the ceiling is open up to the ridge, creating an incredible sense of space. Through the windows you can keep an eye on the surrounding slopes and choose your moments to head out for a few mindful runs. From the living room there is access to the spacious balcony, facing southwest, with room for both a dining group and a lounge group. Here you can relax and enjoy the view over the mountain world, both during the Easter skiing in winter and the mountain biking in summer. From the hallway, a staircase leads up to the upper floor. Here there are two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, giving the entire residence a total of 10 good sleeping places with the current furnishing. Outside the bedrooms you are met by the upper living room, where the children can conveniently watch a film while dinner continues one floor down. This room also has space for a desk for anyone who wants an office away from home, or alternatively if the children want a place to do crafts and play games. Large windows offer panoramic views and first-class framing with sloping ceilings that create a lovely sense of space, and the chimney adds character. Adjacent is the upper fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, washbasin, shower, WC and towel dryer. A large sauna with plenty of room provides perfect relaxation to unwind in after an adventurous day outdoors.
