Xervon acquires Optimal Byggställning in Dalarna

Svensk FöretagsFörmedling was transaction advisor to the sellers when Xervon continues its growth journey by acquiring Optimal Byggställningar i Dalarna AB. Optimal has a strong market position in Dalarna and an attractive customer base, primarily within the energy, forestry and other basic industries. The company is based in Borlänge and Avesta and currently has 16 employees with a turnover of approximately SEK 18 million.

"It became clear to us that Optimal needed to become part of a larger context in order to continue serving its customers well and also take on new challenges. Following a recommendation, we chose to contact Svensk FöretagsFörmedling to help us in the work of finding a new qualified owner for the company. A choice we have been very pleased with. We had several good options to choose from, but decided to sell to Xervon," says Mattias Wall, chairman of the board of Optimal Byggställningar i Dalarna AB."

Xervon is today Sweden's largest supplier of scaffolding and weather protection for construction, industrial, infrastructure and civil engineering projects, and through the acquisition of Optimal, Xervon is now establishing a regional base in lower Norrland as well.
