Here you live with cross-country ski trails and snowmobile routes as your neighbour, making it easy to get up onto the mountain. Vemdalsporten is also close to Vemdalsskalet's impressive alpine ski area, and it is a short walk to Skalets torg with restaurants, afterski and shops. The house, built in 2020, is well planned with its three comfortable bedrooms, all with ceiling height up to the ridge, and two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. There are plenty of social spaces, a wood-burning stove and earthy colour choices that create a warm and cosy feel. Outside there is an impressive south-facing terrace where a hot tub is placed – perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons in the company of good friends. In summer, the destination Vemdalen offers a range of outdoor activities suitable for young and old alike. Here you can experience hiking trails winding through the mountain landscape, enjoy the fresh air and discover hidden gems along the way. You can also visit waterfalls, fish, cycle, or play a round of golf with the mountains as a backdrop. Interior Here you are welcomed to a mountain home with genuine wood panelling throughout on the walls in natural colour tones. The home offers a spacious hallway with good storage options as well as a drying cabinet. Straight ahead from the hallway you reach the first of the house's two bathrooms, with a washbasin cabinet and WC. Kitchen and living room form the central part of the house, together creating an open floor plan. Here you are met by ceiling height up to the ridge, plenty of light through the large window sections, and a crackling wood-burning stove that creates a cosy atmosphere on cold winter days. The kitchen, from Storsjökök, is in beige natural tones that harmonise beautifully with the wood panelling, and is equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats eight people. There are three bedrooms in total, one of which is a master bedroom furnished with a double bed and ceiling height up to the ridge. The other two bedrooms are fitted with built-in bunk beds, each with wider lower bunks. The second bathroom has plenty of room for both changing and sauna bathing; here there is a washbasin cabinet, WC, shower and a sauna – perfect for relaxation after a full day on the mountain. The home is sold furnished and equipped, with the exception of parts of the kitchen equipment, porcelain, as well as personal belongings and styling products
