Plot on the sunny side of Vemdalsskalet with direct proximity to the cross-country ski trails and snowmobiling Description We are now offering a plot on the sunny side of Vemdalsskalet that has generous building rights, giving you broad opportunities to create a dream home in Vemdalen. The location offers ski-in/ski-out access to the cross-country trails, where you have the 2.5km, 5.0km and 7.5km routes. There are also connecting trails to both Björnrike and Storhogna. On the 2.5km route there is electric lighting until 22.00 during the period when the trail is open. Vemdalsskalet's trail centre is located right nearby, and during the winter season the Vessla also runs up to Jaktstugan. In the immediate vicinity there is also the snowmobile trail that takes you up to Varggransstugan, Oxsjön and onwards to many miles of snowmobiling throughout Jämtland/Härjedalen. About one kilometre from the plot you will also find Skalets Torg, which offers alpine skiing, restaurants, bars, afterski, ICA, a café, an interior design shop and a ski shop. As the development plan is interpreted, the following is permitted: It is permitted to build a residence on two storeys with a maximum building height of 5.5 metres.
