JOINT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATIONAs the owner of a unit, you are also a co-owner of a joint property management association. This association will regulate matters concerning common areas and common interests regarding the ownership of the units. The owners of the units form a board and set guidelines for the association. COMMON AREASTo increase security, the entire area is fenced and equipped with an automatic gate. The annual cost for sewage is billed to the joint property management association. OPERATING COSTSThe cost of the joint property management association is estimated at approximately 300 to 600 kr per month depending on what the future board includes in the fee. Representatives of SkurupLokalen will sit on the board until the next annual meeting. PROCEDUREContact the agent and tell us which unit you want to buy. We will then draw up a purchase agreement between SkurupLokalen's legal entity and you as the buyer. In connection with this, a deposit of 100 000 kr is paid into the real estate agent's client account. When 15 of the 18 units are sold, construction begins. After the base slab has been cast, you pay a further instalment of 200 000 kr into the same account.
