Well-rounded forest property with high growth outside Strömsund

Now a larger, well-rounded forest property located just west of Strömsund is being offered. The property consists of a contiguous and easily accessible holding totalling 349.3 hectares, of which 225.7 hectares constitute productive forest land. The total timber stock amounts to 22,388 m³sk with the emphasis on growing thinning forest, which provides good conditions for continued growth and future returns. Of the timber stock, 12,247 m³sk is G1 forest and 5,227 m³sk is S2 forest. The property has a mean site productivity of 4.2 m³sk per hectare and year, as well as a high annual growth of approximately 1,100 m³sk. The property is well managed and has good accessibility thanks to its contiguous ownership, which creates rational conditions for forestry. The property has hunting rights, and the land is today registered with a hunting team within the Vattudalen moose management area.
