Unbuilt forest property south of Hällesjö, Bräcke municipality. Contiguous forest holding with a well-developed road network, a high proportion of thinning forest and good site productivity for the area of 4.9 m³sk/ha. The total area of the property is 214.2 hectares, of which 188.6 hectares is productive forest land. The total standing timber volume amounts to 20,445 m³sk, of which 3,592 m³sk is S1–S2 forest. Moose hunting in a hunting team covering 600 hectares.
