The house has largely preserved its older character inside. For anyone wishing to modernise, there are good opportunities to create a home according to your own wishes.

The entrance level features a kitchen, a living room with access to the garden, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a toilet. One of the bedrooms also has its own balcony.

The basement is unfinished and provides additional space for storage and other uses. Among other things, there is a larger space that was previously a garage and could, for example, be used as a hobby room or workshop.
