Welcome to the Stinthobben holiday home area. A plot area that is taking shape in Umfors, located just over 10 km west of Hemavan towards the Norwegian border. Close to water, with Artfjället and Norra Storfjället framing the valley.

There are six plots for sale, priced from SEK 450,000 - 500,000. The area is prepared with electricity, water and fibre up to the property boundary.
