The area also connects to Prins Bertils stig, the popular coastal trail that winds between Halmstad, Tylösand and Möllegård. This is a co-ownership right where the association jointly owns the land, and each cottage owner owns a share in the association as well as the building. The share is included in the purchase. Tyluddens Fritidsby is a large, well-established economic association with over 350 members and an active organisation. There is a long tradition of community and activities here, including the much-appreciated midsummer celebration on Gröningen and other events during the summer. The area has shared facilities such as showers and laundry rooms, making life in the little cottage both easy and comfortable during the summer. The association works continuously on the upkeep, organisation and wellbeing of the area.
