Two sold industrial properties in Dalarna

TETON INVESTMENT AB acquires R. Eks Fastigheter AB in Krylbo from R. EKS HOLDING AB.

The industrial property in Krylbo includes operations in both plumbing (HVAC) and sheet metal workshop. SÖDRA BACKA CENTRUM acquires RUBEN 8 AB in Borlänge from ONE BLUE EYE HOLDING AB. The Borlänge properties are used for a brand workshop for service as well as a sheet metal workshop for car repairs.
