Stubbsandsviken is a lovely sandy beach bay framed by rocky headlands with Alkaberget rising behind. This offers wide views over the archipelago towards Örnsköldsvik and south towards Skags udde. The sea feels close even from the highest-located plots. The ground is dry, stony or loamy and covered mainly with pine. Here you will find heather, wild strawberries and lingonberries. In the forest behind the cottage area there are forest pools and marshes with cloudberries, blueberries and mushrooms. In Stubbsand there is, among other things, a small boat harbour and a tennis court. The World Heritage Site Höga Kusten offers spectacular nature with high, steep mountains, picturesque fishing villages in deep fjords, golf courses and the Pearl of the Gulf of Bothnia - Ulvön and more. Örnsköldsvik has one of Sweden's best guest harbours, good shopping and a wide range of restaurants. The plot can also be purchased as a package with one or more plots in the area.
