TIP TOP IN LUXURY

The apartment is in tip top shape in a double sense. Move in your furniture and you are ready to enjoy. At the very top it is quiet and you have no one above you. On the balcony it is pleasant to spend leisure time during the summer half of the year.

The bedroom has a darker blue colour that lowers blood pressure and pulse, reduces stress and gives a feeling of calm that contributes to better sleep.

The kitchen has fine and smooth kitchen joinery with black fittings. White goods are in white such as dishwasher, cooker hood, built-in microwave, oven and combined fridge/freezer. Food is prepared on an induction hob.

The shower room naturally has tiled floors and tiled walls. Here there is a wc, washbasin with vanity unit, mirror with light rail, shower corner with glass doors and a washing machine with an overhead cabinet where you can store things you want to keep visible.

The balcony, which you reach from the living room, increases quality of life and offers a private outdoor space for relaxation and socialising.

Is it far to the city centre? No, you get on your bike and roll down to the red square and then take a few steps for the last bit. Otherwise, it is easy to take the bus that stops outside the house.

A very stable association is also reassuring.
