Thai Restaurant - Tyresö

Fresh and well-invested restaurant in a great location in Tyresö, currently run as a Thai restaurant but you are welcome to change the concept if you wish. There is no sushi, poke or ramen in the area, and it can be combined with today's Thai concept. Everything is newly built in terms of interior and the kitchen equipment is in very good condition, no money needs to be invested as this restaurant is ready to continue with today's turnover and then be able to expand with other food, such as pho, sushi or bowls. Black steel ducting and a grease separator are installed and meet all regulatory requirements. Gas is available and a licence for alcohol can be applied for if desired.
