The current detailed development plan for the area means that it is possible to erect a main building with a building area of 60 m² as well as an ancillary building with a total building area of 40 m². In addition, it is possible to erect ancillary buildings exempt from planning permission with a total building area of no more than 45 m², where no individual building may exceed 30 m², as well as erect a planning-exempt extension of no more than 30 m² to the main building.

The total building area that can be erected on the property amounts to approximately 175 m², distributed as follows. • 90 m² main building (60 m² according to the detailed plan + 30 m² Attefall extension which may be placed on land marked with a dot) • 40 m² ancillary building according to the detailed plan • 45 m² freestanding Attefall buildings
