Storberg 1: A good life in the countryside

Welcome to Storberg! Storberg 1 is the first farm in the village of Storberg when you come from Arvidsjaur. Here awaits a dream life for you, close to nature and at the same time close to services in Arvidsjaur, only about 24 km by car. This is an agricultural property of about 46.5 hectares. One of the bedrooms has an attic space for storage, but also retains the old iron stove from when it was used as a kitchen. The other bedroom is larger and has two large attic spaces that are furnished as small bedrooms and combined bedroom and office. In the basement there is a boiler room and heat pump as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The plot offers large open spaces with some bushes and trees and perennial plants. Here there is also a fireplace with benches where you can gather around the fire and have a good time. The farm comprises a total of about 46.5 hectares, of which about 1.4 hectares of arable land, about 27.1 hectares of productive forest land and 17.1 hectares of forest impediment. The arable land is not cultivated today and here there is an opportunity for cultivation so you can become self-sufficient in potatoes and carrots if you are interested in it. According to the new forestry plan, the timber stock amounts to about 2,400 m³sk and has a felling proposal of 193 m³sk of which 126 m³sk regeneration felling and thinning 67 m³sk. The average site index is estimated at 3 m³sk per hectare and year, which gives an annual growth of 73 m³sk. There is a small piece of forest land at the farm boundary, but otherwise there are two forest sections, one between the country road and the lake and one on the other side of the lake. The property also includes a share in Arvidsjaur Allmänningsskog, which provides opportunities for support for agriculture and forestry, as well as opportunities for small game hunting on parts of the common land. Storberg 1 with all its land offers a high-quality life in the countryside with close access to outdoor activities and your own forest.
