We strongly believe that as an entrepreneur you need great flexibility, and all lease agreements are therefore signed with 3 months' notice without long binding periods. The rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished depending on your preferences. It is permitted to have a dog in your room.

The location is perfect with a calm and harmonious environment near the sea, while at the same time you can reach Malmö's city centre in about 10 minutes, or Hyllie and onwards to Copenhagen airport in about 20 minutes. To Fair Play stadium and Nordic Wellness with all types of wellness services, it is less than a 5-minute walk.
