Solwers expands its portfolio through the acquisition of Relitor Engineering

Solwers Abp is expanding its operations in civil engineering through the acquisition of all shares in the technology consultancy Relitor Engineering AB. Peter Kieri and Nicklas Larsson from Svensk FöretagsFörmedling were responsible for the transaction process.

Solwers is a growth-oriented company offering versatile planning and project management services, with more than 25 operating companies in Finland and Sweden employing approximately 600 specialists. The companies are specialised in architecture, technical consultancy, logistics consultancy, environmental services, project management and supervision, as well as providing digital solutions and circular economy solutions.

Relitor Engineering AB, which provides technical consultancy services to industry in northern Sweden, specialises in civil engineering design and calculations. Since the company was founded in Luleå in 1993, it has grown to have 24 employees and a turnover of SEK 27 million.

Per Nilsson, CEO of Relitor Engineering AB, recounts how they had previously been contacted by various companies and how they have now found the perfect partner in Solwers. Through the acquisition of Relitor, Solwers strengthens its position in northern Sweden. Leif Sebbas, Chairman of the Board of Solwers, sees Relitor as a valuable addition to the group of companies.
