Forestry company broadens its offering through acquisition of forest contractor

The company has experienced strong growth over the years and had a turnover of approximately SEK 39 million in 2023. Bergslagsgallrings AB now has new owners in the form of Rundvirke Skog AB, which is part of the Rundvirke Group, Sweden's largest special timber group.

Rundvirke Skog AB's wish is to develop its forestry operations in the important market of Mälardalen. Svensk FöretagsFörmedling has acted as advisor to the seller.
