Forest property with hunting rights south of Sälen 279 ha

Welcome to a forest property totalling approx. 279 hectares located in scenic Lima-Transtrand around Tandberget, from the village to Digeråsen, Kinnvallsjösätrarna, along Fejmån, Torrvedstjärnen and Flåsätern. The property comprises approx. 208.2 ha of productive forest land with a timber stock of approx. 14 680 m³sk, mainly pine (68 %), followed by spruce (21 %) and birch (11 %). The property holds a share in Lima besparingsskog, which entitles it to grants for forestry measures such as soil preparation, planting, clearing, road maintenance and some animal husbandry. The share in Lima besparingsskog also entitles small-game hunting over 51 000 ha, including some mountain terrain in Sälen. In addition, the property has four hunting rights within the Sörnäs-Hammarsbyn wildlife management area of approx. 7 600 ha.
