Forest and mountain property at Önrun, Jämtland

The property consists of a larger contiguous forest area that stretches from the highest peak of Önrun straight south towards Trången. The total area is written at 954 ha, of which 244 ha consists of productive forest land where the majority of the timber stock consists of older forests, and no less than 28 500 is found in the felling classes S1 and S2. According to the forest management plan, there is a total timber stock of 35 322 m³sk, distributed as 68 % spruce and 32 % broadleaf. The ground type consists entirely of low-herb type and has a mean site productivity of 2.7 m³sk/ha/year. The property, with its near-mountain environment, offers very good hunting opportunities, where hunting can be pursued both within the game management area and on the directly adjacent state hunting lands. The land area is included in a game management area of 4 800 ha, which provides 4 places in the moose hunting team. Good fishing in the property's own tarns.
