Skanska acquires rock quarrying operations from XR

XR Berg och Maskin AB, part of the XR Group, has completed the sale of its rock quarries in Munkebo and Slädene to Skanska Industrial Solutions. The deal marks a strategic step for XR as it strengthens its focus on its core areas of transport, logistics, contracting and environmental management.

XR engaged Svensk FöretagsFörmedling's transaction advisors Martin Strandell and Andreas Lindholm to carry out the sale.
