Sjögull Fastigheter acquires Laholm Stål

Svensk FöretagsFörmedling has assisted with the sale of Laholm Stål AB, a leading player in the production of centrifugally cast pipe blanks. The new owner is Sjögull Fastigheter AB.

Laholm Stål, which today has a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million and 17 employees, retains its experienced management and staff. Together with Sjögull Fastigheter's financial strength and expertise, Laholm Stål now has a stable foundation for growth and new ventures.

Since Nils Jensen founded Laholm Stål in 1963, the company has established itself as a leading producer of centrifugally cast pipe blanks for the process industry, pulp & paper industry, marine & offshore industry, chemical industry, as well as the food and mining industries. Sjögull Fastigheter AB is a newly founded investment company within a group in which the parent company is to conduct intra-group management of wholly and partly owned subsidiaries.
