Now, at last, five spacious plots are being marketed in Brokind in a scenic location next to the beautiful waters of Lilla Rängen, beautiful nature, and your closest neighbour will be a nature reserve with grazing sheep. Brokind is a community only about 20 minutes from Linköping with access to school, preschool, grocery store, and a perfect area for those who enjoy swimming and boating.

Access to the plots is via a shared joint property shared with Linköpings kommun for a pedestrian and cycle path to the bus, as well as Brokinds gård, which uses the road for access to the farm's land east of the plots. Construction of a road with a turning area, shared guest parking, and space for waste bins is paid for by the seller. What a buyer must additionally pay is a connection fee for water and sewerage to Tekniska Verken of approximately 120 000 kr, electricity via Eon of approximately 40 000 kr, and fibre via Utsikt of approx. 15 000 kr.

The plots are not tied to any house supplier, so here you can freely choose among your dreams and let them come true! The granted application for preliminary planning permission applies to a building area of approx. 180 sqm per plot but varies. For detailed information, refer to Linköpings kommun. It is an area of high natural value, and on the five plots there are six larger oaks that must be taken into account when building in the area. On the plots, a larger number of younger trees have been preserved, including elm, lime, rowan and oak, giving the buyer great opportunity to create a beautiful environment. There is, of course, the possibility to acquire more adjoining plots.

When visiting the plots, you can easily park at the swimming area and walk a short distance, or alternatively at the bus stop.
