In the popular Orrliden area, close to Hundfjället, you now have the opportunity to acquire share B, which corresponds to 10% in Hundfjällsvyn Fritid Ekonomisk Förening. This means you get access to your own accommodation in the mountains, which you can enjoy five weeks per year. The charming mountain cabin offers everything you need for a fantastic stay, both summer and winter. With a total area of 95 square meters, spread over the entrance level and the loft, there is plenty of room for both family and friends. On the entrance level you will find a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, and one of them also has a sauna – perfect for relaxation after a day on the ski slopes or cross-country trails, which are only a few hundred meters away. The loft offers a cozy hall with a pleasant seating corner as well as a bedroom with four beds – an ideal place for older children to hang out and relax. In total there are eight beds in the cabin. The fee includes the costs associated with operation, such as heating, electricity, broadband, chimney sweeping, firewood, ski storage is included in the share. The association has invested in an air/air heat pump installed in the living room. On the driveway there is a practical storage where each share owner can store personal belongings. Here you will also find the association's shared equipment, such as a grill and snow shovels, easily accessible for everyone to use. The Hundfjället ski resort is located about 2 kilometers from the property. Hundfjället is connected to the Tandådalen alpine resort by a transport lift that enables skiing on both areas. These mountains have slopes in several directions and of varying difficulty, including the adventure area Trollskogen and the large beginner area Trollbäckstorget. For the youngest children there is childcare and stroller care. In Hundfjället there is also Poolarium with a pool, hot tub, sauna and café. With the ski & swim bus you can easily travel between the cabin and the slopes, or between SkiStar's ski areas in Sälen. The bus is free for those with a valid SkiPass and has a stop about 150 meters from the property. To fantastic skiing and hiking in Norwegian Trysil it is only 63 kilometers. Sälenfjällen is currently making a major investment in year-round activities and offers fantastic hiking as well as marked cycling and downhill trails in magnificent terrain. Only a few kilometers away is the popular cycling destination Rörbäcksnäs, known for its MTB cycling. In Hundfjället it is easy to feel at home, and there is something for the whole family. Connecting trails for cross-country skiing are located 300 m from the cabin. There are now regular flights to Sälen airport, an easy and convenient way to get directly to the mountains. The airport is only a 10-minute drive from the cabin. Fiber is installed in the cabin.
