As a resident of Åre Sadeln you become a member of the Sadeln joint property association (Åre_Svedje GA:23) and the Fröåvägen joint property association/road association (GA:6). The Sadeln joint property association is responsible for the maintenance and operation/upkeep of roads, street lighting, water and sewer and cable TV networks as well as waste management within the area.
