There is now an opportunity to acquire an interesting residential project in expansive Hyllinge, between Helsingborg and Åstorp.

The project comprises two properties with a valid development plan from 1978 and an estimated building entitlement of approximately 14,400 m² GFA, according to a previous survey.

A sketch layout shows a proposal for 38 terraced houses on two storeys, corresponding to approximately 6,000 - 6,600 m² GFA in exploitation. The properties can be acquired individually or in their entirety, creating flexibility for both smaller and larger players.

According to the development plan, construction on two storeys is permitted for residential purposes in linked houses. There are good commuting options with the E4 within approximately two kilometres as well as a bus stop within walking distance (approximately 1.3 km). The surrounding area offers housing, services and everyday shopping – including Hyllinge handelsplats and the Väla area a short drive away. Schools, healthcare and other services are easily accessible in both Hyllinge and Åstorp.
