Provexa acquires Pollux Ytbehandling

Provexa Surface Technology AB has completed an acquisition of Pollux Ytbehandling AB, a Gothenburg-based company with high expertise in surface treatment. Pollux specialises in surface treatment of aluminium and stainless steel through anodising, electropolishing and passivation, and also performs tumbling of goods and installation of threaded inserts. Svensk FöretagsFörmedling has acted as advisor.
