Productive forest in Eda Gällsbyn - Forest for sale

The sale comprises five undeveloped forest properties with a productive forest area of approximately 101.6 hectares and a timber stock of 17 720 m³sk. Total area 111.7 ha. The forest is dominated by pine (63%), spruce (30%) and broadleaf (7%). The forest is part of the Fjäll wildlife management area. Transfer takes place through property redivision or subdivision to an existing agricultural property.
