Prästvägen 2

The well-known "Interski building" in the middle of Åre village Description Many have visited Prästvägen 2, where Interski and Head have had their base for many, many years. The building is today divided into two units, where the larger part of the building has been used as conference and office space, and there is also an apartment on the upper floor of approx. 70 sqm. The building regulations also allow you, if you wish, to convert the entire building into a residence. The apartment is planned as a three-room unit with two bedrooms, a social living room/kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and sink. In total there are today 10 rooms, of which eight are possible bedrooms. The location in the middle of Åre village offers everything you could imagine, within walking distance of the nearest lift, Åre torg with all its shops, restaurants and bars, as well as all transport connections easily reached at Station Åre. From inside the building there are beautiful views to the southwest over Renfjället and up towards Åreskutan. There are wood-burning stoves in the social areas, both in the residence on the upper floor and in the larger spaces of the building. In the basement there is a large garage with an electronic garage door and plenty of space for vehicles and storage.
