PHM Group OY, based in Finland, acquires Tingvalla Mark AB

PHM is a property maintenance company with a turnover of 650 MSEK and is owned by the investment company Intera Partner OY.

Tingvalla Mark is based in Kungsängen north of Stockholm, and their services are mainly Gardening, Ground & Landscaping and Garage Cleaning. Turnover of over 65 MSEK.
