About this home
Three-winged Skåne Farm Fantastic location along Hagestad's row village in southern Österlen. A restful home with feeling and style, plus a street house with three apartments, perfect for family, guests and the opportunity to rent out. Description Hagestad has preserved its unique character as a row village, which also characterises this beautiful property dating from around 1860. There is something fine about taking care of the old to create something new. Two wings have been restored, renovated and converted with feeling and style into two residential wings. One as the main dwelling and the other for family, guests and perhaps renting out. A home in natural tones with a wonderful sense of space, generous light and a pleasant atmosphere. All this has been realised in the old stable wing that became the dwelling. The old main building along Österlenvägen is divided into three highly pleasant apartments, and there is also an unfinished upper floor with exciting possibilities. If you wish to rent out, the three apartments provide a good income. Both buildings have been renovated with feeling and care; only details remain in the main dwelling. The opportunity to influence the layout of the upper floor sparks thoughts and ideas. The entrance floor is outstanding with its open social areas and ceiling height up to the ridge. Exposed beams, polished concrete floors and lime-plastered walls run throughout. The roof windows as well as large and small window sections with deep window niches provide a varied flow of light, day and evening. But also wonderful views towards open landscapes with beautiful sunsets. Fully glazed door sections towards the garden blur the boundary between outdoors and indoors. Both houses have comfortable underfloor heating. The inner courtyard is a tranquil place, also sheltered by the large, solid barn. The preserved old house wall with bricked vaults becomes an exciting feature as you shape your own oasis on Österlen. In the surrounding area there is fairy-tale, varied nature. Nature reserves, hiking trails and mile-long sandy beaches you can never get enough of. Interior The street house: The house has three fully equipped apartments with separate entrances. Two apartments are each approx. 40 m² and the third apartment has a living area of approx. 30 m². Perfect for renting out or for family and guests. All three apartments have lime-plastered walls, wooden panelling on the ceiling and polished concrete floors with a white-pigmented silica surface (water-based underfloor heating). In connection with one of the apartments there is a utility room with stairs up to an upper floor. Here there is a washing machine and a heat pump with a hot water heater. From the pump, hot water and underfloor heating are led via a culvert to the main residence. The upper floor, in its current design, is one large unfinished room, offering the opportunity to fit out. The entire upper floor is heated during the colder season by an oil radiator. The roofs, of both the courtyard house and the street house, have roof insulation of 40 cm. The upper floor also has a prepared bathroom with plumbing for water and sewage. The house was built around 1860 and was then a single-family house, i.e. with no separate apartments. At an unknown point in time, the house was converted into three apartments. The house has undergone the same extensive renovation as the courtyard house. The house has a new roof structure, and the roof tiles have been reused.
