Undeveloped forest property for forestry and hunting

Forest property with good opportunities for hunting and fishing. The forestry plan is updated with growth and measures carried out through 260301 by the current property owner. The property consists of 7 compartments with a total of approximately 1429 ha of which productive forest land comprises approximately 865 ha. The total timber stock is approximately 59 350 m³sk according to the forestry plan which means an average stock of approximately 69 m³sk per productive ha. The site index is calculated at 2.8 m³sk/ha per year according to the forestry plan which gives an annual growth of approximately 2100 m³/sk. The dominant tree species is pine which accounts for 72 % of the total timber stock. Regeneration control is proposed on a total of 45.4 ha. Harvesting proposal for the period is calculated at approximately 9075 m³/sk distributed as approximately 6666 m³/sk regeneration felling and 1409 m³/sk thinning.
