Nybrovägen 5

The property includes two buildings. The white building was built in 2001 for Lantmäteriet, which is a tenant here together with another business occupying a small part. The large orange building, known as "Nybrohuset", is mostly leased to the municipality and underwent a major reconstruction and renovation in 2013. In 2015, another major reconstruction was carried out when a theatre venue for Engelholmsrevyn was completed. The property houses our largest solar panel installation, which supplies the property and its tenants with electricity.
