New majority owner in Wevik Maskin AB

Wevik Maskin manufactures and delivers screw conveyors to the Swedish and European market. The company has manufacturing and offices in Västervik and currently has a turnover of approx. SEK 14 million.

BKBM Invest acquires the majority of the shares and steps in as the new principal owner. The ownership group has previously run Bäckman Blästermaskiner in Filipstad and Svensk Blästring & Maskinteknik in Laholm, where part of the production also includes screw conveyors.
