New majority owner in SysPartner Consulting AB

SysPartner offers consulting in everything from support staff and operations technicians to IT architects and security specialists. The company has its head office in Linköping with local offices in Stockholm and Luleå. The business currently has a turnover of approx. 30 MSEK.

Kärntornet Förvaltning AB acquires the majority of the shares and steps in as the new principal owner. The ownership group has long experience in the consulting industry and has a clear goal and ambition to continue running the company with a focus on profitable growth and satisfied employees.
