Novedo acquires Hansson & Ekman Isolering

Hansson & Ekman Isolering is a Uppsala-based company specialising in technical insulation, adjustment, jacket jointing, marking as well as operating & maintenance instructions within HVAC and industry.

The company was founded in 1992. The previous owners of Hansson & Ekman Isolering have become part-owners of Novedo.

”I am pleased that Hansson & Ekman Isolering is now part of Novedo. The company has cultivated a sought-after specialisation within a well-defined niche, and Jan Larsson, who has been with the company since 2013, will continue to run the company as CEO together with the founder Peter Hansson”, says Per-Johan Dahlgren, CEO of Novedo.

The company sees a stable development in demand, which to a large extent follows the development of the construction industry in general.

”We decided to find a new owner as part of our ambition to continue growing and developing the company. The choice fell on Novedo because they let us manage ourselves and continue to run the company our own way”, concludes Jan Larsson, CEO of Hansson & Ekman.
