Norwegian buyers make their first Swedish property acquisition

Svensk FöretagsFörmedling has been entrusted with managing the transaction process as a Norwegian buyer completed their first property acquisition in Sweden. The deal was the result of a targeted selection process in which several serious interested parties submitted bids.

The property comprises approximately 15,000 sqm of land and includes, among other things, an LSS residence completed in 2021, a day activity centre in a renovated turn-of-the-century building, and an office built in 2012. The total floor area amounts to approximately 920 sqm, and the land also offers the opportunity for new construction.

"It is always rewarding to meet people who are passionate about what they have created. When they have done it as well as here, it was not surprising that we received several serious interested parties submitting bids, and the Norwegian buyers were ultimately the ones who came out on top", says Susanne Wettergren, transaction advisor and real estate agent at Svensk FöretagsFörmedling.
