Today, B&B or long-term rental is operated on the property's lower floor under the working name Shepard´s Inn! All the rooms have connections to different parts of London and are British-inspired. In recent years the property has undergone several renovations, such as installation of a ventilation system for the B&B, fire doors, double plasterboard and surface layers in the bedrooms, partly new white goods, and an enormous extended terrace with a hot tub and sweeping views in a southern aspect over Lake Naggensjön!

The business is currently running well with longer rentals of the entire entrance floor. The upper floor currently serves as a holiday home for the owners.

Great potential for further development and expansion if needed, good possibilities for a garage in the basement.

A barn with a loft on the other side of the road is included.

The entire property is adapted and breathes outdoor life, for example snowmobiling, forest hiking, fishing, berry picking or simply enjoying the tranquility.
