A warm welcome to Munkvretsvägen 12!The first thing that strikes you here is the light. It finds its way in from several directions and follows you through the open spaces from morning to evening. Here, daylight truly gets to take centre stage, and the lamps can often wait to be switched on until dusk falls. The house was completed in 2023, and it shows. The feeling is still fresh and well cared for, with a home you can move into without having to start with a long list of renovations.The heart of the home is the large open space where the kitchen and living room meet. There is plenty of room here for both everyday life and those occasions when you suddenly find yourselves a few more. Conversations can continue while the food is being prepared, and the open floor plan means you are still part of the company, whether you are standing at the kitchen counter or settled into the sofa. From the living room, the house opens up towards the terrace outside, but we will return to that.Further through the house there are three bedrooms, with the largest one located somewhat more secluded and the other two grouped together. There is also a bathroom and a separate WC. Everything is on one and the same floor, and the 120 square metres are nicely distributed between the open social spaces and the house's more private parts.When summer arrives, it is instead outdoors that much of life takes place. The generous deck becomes like an extension of the house, with plenty of room for both a dining set, lounge furniture and many guests. The pool lies right next to it, just the right size for cooling off on a warm summer day and close enough for a quick dip to easily become part of the day. It is easy to picture long dinners around the table, many friends visiting and someone slipping down into the pool between courses.The sun moves across the plot during the day, and the terrace gets to enjoy it for large parts of the day. As evening approaches, the sun leaves the terrace but lingers on other parts of the plot. For those who would like to catch the day's last rays, it is therefore possible to follow the evening sun a little while longer.Outside, there is also a large driveway with room for several cars, something that is appreciated a little extra when the house fills up with guests.Another thing that becomes apparent here is the silence. Munkvretsvägen is not a road you turn onto by chance, and the traffic passing by consists mainly of those who live here. The larger road is close enough for a quick continuation of your journey, yet far enough away not to disturb the peace at home.The bus stop is about two minutes from the house, and on Vätö you will find Tempo about five minutes away. The water is also nearby, yet another of those things that make the location a little extra lovely and a reminder that you really are right in the middle of Roslagen.This is a home where much is already in place. The light that fills the house, the open spaces and the feeling that everything is still new and fresh. Outside await the terrace, the pool and the summer days that are welcome to last long, with the opportunity to follow the evening sun further across the plot once it has left the terrace. And all around is what is perhaps appreciated the most once you live here: the silence.Welcome home!
