You are hereby welcomed to a very well-maintained and winter-insulated holiday home with beautiful wooden floors throughout, its own winter water supply and installed fibre. The house has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. There are three bedrooms, one of which has room for a double bed, and a spacious shower room. The allocated deck leads to the guest house, which is also winterised with beautiful pine floors and vertical wall panelling. Here there is room for several sleeping places, a small kitchenette, a sleeping loft and a shower room with a separett (composting toilet). The houses are situated in a sheltered and sunny location with common land at the back and a small friggebod (garden cabin) with additional space for a couple of overnight guests.

Through the joint association, a boat berth is included with the property. Buoy stakes and chains for all the jetties were replaced in 2022. Newly built shared outdoor gym (2020). There is a football pitch, volleyball court and children's bathing area with a small sandy beach. If you like swimming from the rocks, there are ladders and a diving board.

The proximity to the sea at the outer edge of the coastal belt, the rocks and the child-friendly beaches, together with the undisturbed location, make this the perfect summer home. Here the family can spend time with relatives and friends in large social spaces. Welcome to Ytterby!
