Smaller forest property in Rättvik

The property comprises part of Rättvik Västberg 15:31 and Rättvik Nittsjö 17:15 and consists of several parcels with mainly production-oriented forest land. Total approximately 16 ha, of which approximately 10.5 ha productive forest land. The forest has a timber stock of approximately 1 207 m³sk. The acquisition of part of Västberg 15:31 is carried out through property regulation to an already owned agricultural property. The Västberg section consists of several parcels, including forest parcels at Tövåsen as well as smaller parcels adjacent to Västberg and Mockelmyren. Nittsjö 17:15 constitutes a smaller parcel at Klitta fäbod with young forest in the thinning phase. The parcels are scattered in the area north and east of Rättvik, with proximity to both village environments and larger forest and wetland areas.
