A warm welcome to Marö 15 – a fantastic holiday home with a truly unique location, right by the sea and with its own jetty. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy archipelago life for real, with the water as your closest neighbour and nature right outside the door. Marö is a small and peaceful and completely car-free island, about one kilometre long. A calm prevails here that is hard to find elsewhere – perfect for you who long for relaxation, proximity to the sea and days filled with swimming, boating and long evenings on the jetty. From Trosa you reach Marö in about 10 minutes. In addition to the main building with three bedrooms, the property also features a guest cabin with kitchenette and incineration toilet as well as a storage building and sauna.

The home is laid out as follows: Entrance to hallway with space for hanging clothes. Three spacious bedrooms. Kitchen and living room in a pleasant open plan with fantastic views over the sea. The kitchen is from Marbodal and has yellow cabinet doors, stone worktop, fridge/freezer, oven, stove and microwave. From the living room you reach the glazed conservatory and the veranda. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and incinerating toilet.

From the car park it is about a 10-minute walk to the property; on the island you may have a golf cart.

There is the possibility of a boat berth.
