Welcome to Maren and Marenslingan 7. Here you will find a lovely house with year-round standard. The bathroom was renovated in 2022, and in the living room there is a pellet stove that brightens up the colder days. From the living room there is access to a veranda with views over the garden. The house is situated high up with lush forest and nature all around. There are two separate bedrooms, and in the guest cottage there is room for additional beds. Walking distance to a swimming spot by Lake Hjälmaren, and all around there is lovely forest and nature. Shared water and sewage in the association, and the possibility of a mooring is available through the association. Maren is located about 20 minutes from both Vingåker and Katrineholm, both towns with good transport connections. The possibility of fibre is available.
